TENTATIVELY: 12 noon - 5pm at SLoWA, 6pm - late at Annalakshmi

The best option seems to be a Friday afternoon from lunchtime onward, with an unconference dinner at Annalakshmi. This allows people who can only come in work time to turn up, plus people who can only come out of work hours to come to the dinner.
